Whether you are looking to become a professional chef, master baking and pastry, or build a thriving food business, our hands-on training programs are designed to give you real-world experience from day one.
Programs Offered:
- NC in Professional Cookery (3 Months) – National Certificate by The Unique Kitchen
- International Certificate in Business Management (8 Months) – ICM / ABMA UK
- International Diploma in Business Management (2 Years) – ICM / ABMA UK
- Advanced Diploma in Business Management (3 Years Total) – ICM / ABMA UK
Fees & Value:
- Tuition Fee: $120 per month
- Accommodation: $60 per month (optional)
- Total to Start: Only $225 (covers 1st month tuition, accommodation, and uniforms)
Registration starts 1 August 2026, and classes officially begin 8 September 2026. Flexible learning options are available, including weekday, weekend, and evening classes at our Harare and Chitungwiza campuses.
Entry Requirements: 5 ‘O’ Levels including English (for Diploma programs), ID/Birth Certificate, and 2 passport photos.
